Director nomination process

The Annual Meeting of unitholders of NorthWest Healthcare Properties Management Limited (the Manager) will be held on Thursday 31st October 2019 at Eden Park in Auckland. Further details to follow in the Notice of Meeting.

 

The period for nomination of Independent Directors to the Board of the Manager opens on 12th September 2019 and closes 5.00pm on Friday 27th September 2019.

 

Nominations may only be made by a unitholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting. Nominations must be accompanied by the written consent of the person being nominated, and should provide sufficient information to enable unitholders to make an informed decision as to whether or not to elect the candidate, including:

 

  • Biographical details, qualifications, experience, independence and the skills the candidate will bring to the Board; and 
  • Details of other material directorships held.
